Melt the honey at a low temperature, add the lavender flowers.
If you do not have an ice cream maker, beat the cream and fold into the honey-lavender mixture, then put the mixture in the freezer, and stir well every half hour. The ice will then be bit firmer, but still creamy.

150 g Honig, am besten Lavendelhonig
1 EL Lavendelblüten
400 g süße Sahne
Honig bei niedriger Stufe schmelzen, Laveldelblüten dazu.
Wenn man keine Eismaschine hat, die Sahne schlagen und unter die Honig-Lavendel-MIschung ziehen, dann ins Gefrierfach und alle halbe Stunde gut umrühren. Das Eis ist dann zwar etwas fester, aber trotzdem noch cremig.
